You may not be able to get pregnant.  This is how it goes. If your nipples are being sucked too much your brain will understand it as you want to breastfeed and produce an hormone called PROLACTIN.  This PROLACTIN hormone acts as ANTI- FERTILITY hormone. It will shut your ovaries and your menses. You will stop producing eggs and your fertility will be put on hold until the sucking reduces or stops.
