What is the difference between SEXUAL OUTERCOURSE & SEXUAL INTERCOURSE?

The dfference is SEXUAL OUTERCOURSE is all other sexual things you do with your partner without PENETRATION (e.g kissing, fondling,petting,cuddling e.t.c)

while SEXUAL INTERCOURSE is about PENETRATION

RESEARCH has shown that partners that spend more time having SEXUAL OUTERCOURSE will have more fulfilling, more loving, more lasting SEXUAL HEALTH even to their old age than partners that spend more time in SEXUAL INTERCOURSE 

So the recommendation is for every 1 hour SEXUAL SESSION you have with your partner, spend 45 minutes in SEXUAL OUTERCOURSE  & spend 15 minutes in SEXUAL INTERCOURSE.
