Let's talk about how many times that you promised yourself that you're going to be okay, that you can be okay, but, in reality you're not really trying. Sometimes we are stuck to the idea of sadness; the feeling that when you're sad, you can see more of yourself.

Sometimes we feel like we are moving forward, but we still allow ourselves to be dragged from our past. There's a way to fix it, but at some point in our life, crying at night is beautiful, broken pieces are art, and being alone is home.

We don't really allow ourselves to heal, we thought we were running away, but realized that we are carrying it the whole time.
