We have to put in the fuel first before we can expect heat. 

The moment you decide on a goal to work for, you are immediately a successful person. No matter whats your present job, it has enormous possibilities, if you are willing to pay the price. If you believe you can enrich yourself by deluding others, you can only end by deluding yourself. It may take some time, but as surely as your breathe, you'll back what you put out. Change the attitude  you have of yourself by writing out the description of the person you'd like to be. Take control of your destiny. Believe in yourself. Ignore those who try to discourage you. Avoid negative sources, people, places and habits. Courage is contagious. Everytime we choose courage, we make everyone around us little better and the world a little braver.
