Do you accept your imperfections?
Our imperfections can become a barrier if we let them define who we are. Changing how we deal with our imperfections can change how we feel.
Most people only find physical perfection as being beautiful. So they are always self-conscious and uncomfortable with themselves. They always try ways to change their physical bodies but only find more flaws in them. Neither do they feel happy nor beautiful. This only creates more self doubts and lowers their self-confidence.
Accept yourself and be who you are. To feel beautiful, you hve to accept your flaws and carry beauty in your heart.
