The quality of our day depends upon how well we are able to handle the situations we face on that day. By beginning our day with self-connection, we reset our minds, create calmness and increase our physical and mental abilities. 

Most people start their day with an electronic connection. The chaos of the world disturbs the mind, even before you have started your day. When the mind is already disturbed, even the manageable become difficult to overcome. You become agitated and frustrated, and this also affects your relationships with other people. 

Begin your day with gratitude, thanking life for another day. Calm your mind by praying and meditating. Go for a walk, connect with nature and then create a plan for your day. Your day becomes more productive and less chaotic.
