One of the most important aspects of any relationship is the intention with which the relationship begins. When the intention is love and support, the relationship always grows and stands every test of time, but when the intention is to benefit yourself, such relationships are always short-lived.

Some people build relationships not because they see the worth in you but because they see worth in what you own. Whether it is wealth, status or fame, if someone wants to profit from a relationship, they might make short-term gains, but what they lose is much more significant. Losing your integrity, self-trust and falling in your own eyes is an irreplaceable loss.  

Be true and build your relationships on sincerity and trust. When the foundation of a relationship is strong, you create a relationship that lasts long.
