Self-acceptance is about valuing yourself. You find worth in who you are, so you see your strengths and weakness as part of being human.

Many people disregard themselves because they always compare other people's perfections to their own imperfections. By doing so, they only notice their flaws. The more we make our flaws our disappointment, the lesser we feel. Once we understand that no one is perfect, our imperfections no longer make us feel inferior. Instead, we feel strong,  beautiful and happier.

Embrace yourself; you are valuable no matter how you look, what you do and how much you have.
