Huawei Pura 80 Series Goes Global on July 10, Pura 80 Ultra Confirmed for Launch

Huawei is finally bringing its Pura 80 series smartphones to international markets, following their initial China-only launch. The global debut is scheduled for July 10 at a special event in Dubai.

The lineup includes the Pura 80, Pura 80 Pro, Pura 80 Pro+, and the top-tier Pura 80 Ultra. While Huawei hasn’t confirmed if all four models will launch globally, the Pura 80 Ultra is definitely making its international debut — it’s the focal point of Huawei’s official teaser for the event.

Interestingly, promotional activity is visible on Huawei's websites across Latin America, Africa, and Asia, but not in the European Union. This suggests that EU markets may not get the Pura 80 series — at least not on July 10.

The spotlight model, Huawei Pura 80 Ultra, packs the Kirin 9020 chipset, a 50MP primary sensor with a 1-inch type sensor, and switchable telephoto lenses, offering flagship-grade photography capabilities.
