Samsung Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra Spotted on Geekbench with Dimensity 9400+ and Android 16
Samsung’s next-gen flagship tablet, the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra, has reportedly surfaced on Geekbench, giving us an early look at what’s under the hood. As revealed by the benchmark listing, the tablet will be powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 9400+ chipset, featuring a Prime core clocked at 3.73 GHz.
While benchmark scores from this early prototype are lower than expected, it's important to note that Samsung is likely still optimizing the hardware and software, so these figures shouldn’t be taken at face value just yet.
The Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra is expected to come with 12GB of RAM and run on Android 16 out of the box. If Samsung sticks to its previous launch pattern—as it did with the Tab S10 Ultra in October—we could see an official unveiling around late September, followed by a release in October.
However, timing could be tricky this year. Rumors suggest that MediaTek will launch its newer Dimensity 9500 SoC in early September. This means the Tab S11 Ultra might launch with a processor that's no longer MediaTek’s flagship, raising questions about Samsung’s choice for a premium device.
Still, nothing is confirmed yet, and we’ll keep you posted as more details emerge.
