Honda N-ONE e Debuts as Compact Urban EV with 270km Range and V2H Support
Honda has officially unveiled the N-ONE e, a fully electric version of its popular kei car, the N-ONE, marking a major step forward in the brand’s push for sustainable urban mobility. The new EV also feels like a spiritual successor to the Honda e from 2020, offering a compact, city-focused design with modern upgrades.
Though Honda hasn't revealed all the details yet, the N-ONE e is clearly designed with urban convenience in mind. The vehicle boasts a 270 km WLTP-rated range, making it ideal for daily city commutes, short errands, and even occasional longer drives within metropolitan areas.
Inside, the N-ONE e receives a completely redesigned interior compared to its gasoline-powered sibling. Honda has reimagined the layout to maximize space efficiency, adding thoughtful storage options and ensuring a more versatile and practical cabin—crucial for a compact car.
One standout feature of the N-ONE e is its Vehicle-to-Home (V2H) functionality, allowing the EV to power household appliances during emergencies or power outages—a feature becoming increasingly important in modern EVs.
The N-ONE e shares many characteristics with the N-VAN e, which Honda introduced in October 2024. Given the visual and functional similarities, the two vehicles will likely share components to keep production streamlined.
Reservations for the Honda N-ONE e will open on July 31, with deliveries expected to begin in September 2025.
This launch reinforces Honda’s commitment to offering practical, eco-friendly mobility solutions for crowded city environments, blending compact design, modern tech, and EV innovation.
