Honda Prologue and Acura ZDX Now Support Tesla Superchargers — Here's How to Get Started

In a big move for EV drivers, Honda has officially rolled out Tesla Supercharger access for the Honda Prologue and Acura ZDX, effective immediately. This puts both models ahead of Lucid's Air, which will gain access later this month.
To use Tesla’s vast charging network — over 23,500 Superchargers across the U.S. — Prologue and ZDX owners will need a North American Charging Standard (NACS) adapter. The adapter is priced at $225 and can be ordered either from authorized Honda and Acura dealerships or directly from the Honda DreamShop website.
It’s important to note that only approved adapters will work, in line with Tesla’s policy requiring either Tesla-issued or OEM-authorized connectors for access to its Supercharger network.

For now, charging must be initiated through the Tesla app, though support for Plug & Charge and integration with the HondaLink and Acura EV apps is currently in development. Meanwhile, drivers can easily locate Supercharger stations using the vehicles’ built-in Google Maps navigation system.
This marks a key step in making EV ownership more convenient for Honda and Acura customers, and strengthens the industry shift toward the NACS connector standard in North America.
