Oppo Find X9 Pro Tipped to Feature Dimensity 9500 SoC with 4GHz CPU and 200MP Periscope Camera

The upcoming Oppo Find X9 Pro is shaping up to be a powerhouse flagship. According to a new leak from China, the device will be powered by MediaTek’s next-gen Dimensity 9500 chipset, which has reportedly crossed the 4GHz CPU clock speed barrier in internal testing — a first in MediaTek’s history.
While the final retail units may feature lower frequencies for efficiency and thermal reasons, this marks a significant leap over the current Dimensity 9400+, which tops out at 3.73GHz on a single core.

Oppo Find X9 Pro Display & Design

The Find X9 Pro is expected to sport a flat “1.5K” resolution display with symmetrical bezels, offering a clean, modern aesthetic. The white color variant will reportedly feature either a glass or fiberglass back, delivering a premium in-hand feel while keeping weight in check.

Camera System: 200MP Periscope Telephoto

Another headline feature is a 200MP periscope telephoto camera, rumored to use Samsung’s upcoming ISOCELL HP5 sensor. This is a 1/1.56” sensor, designed to push smartphone zoom capabilities to new heights without sacrificing image quality — especially in low-light conditions.
While Oppo hasn’t confirmed any of these specs yet, the leaks suggest the Find X9 Pro could be one of the first smartphones to launch with the MediaTek Dimensity 9500, and potentially the first with a 4GHz CPU core.

This combination of cutting-edge performance, high-end display, and next-gen camera tech puts the Find X9 Pro on the radar as one of the most exciting Android flagships of the year.
