Redmi Note 15 Pro+ to Launch with Satellite Connectivity, Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 & Massive Battery

Redmi is gearing up to launch its next mid-range powerhouse — the Redmi Note 15 Pro+, and a new leak out of China just revealed one of its most groundbreaking features yet: satellite connectivity.
This would mark the first time ever a Redmi device supports satellite communication, a feature previously reserved for premium flagship smartphones. Interestingly, Redmi is introducing this capability in the Note series rather than the higher-end K-series, which signals just how important the Note lineup has become for the brand.

It’s worth noting that this leak refers specifically to the Chinese version of the Redmi Note 15 Pro+. Whether global variants will include satellite connectivity remains unclear for now.

As for the specs, the Redmi Note 15 Pro+ is expected to ship with the powerful Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 SoC, offering a performance boost over its predecessor. It will also feature a "1.5K" resolution display with thin, symmetrical bezels, giving the device a premium edge.
Camera enthusiasts can expect a dual 50MP setup — one main sensor and one 50MP telephoto lens — which is impressive for a mid-range phone. The device will also pack a massive 7,000mAh to 7,999mAh battery, which could make it one of the longest-lasting phones in its class.

If these leaks hold true, the Redmi Note 15 Pro+ could redefine what consumers expect from a mid-range phone — blending premium features with competitive pricing.
