The announcement was made on Tuesday by the Executive Secretary of the Enugu State Scholarship and Education Loans Board, Chukwuemeka Mbah, in a statement issued to journalists in Enugu.

Over 760 Beneficiaries Across Enugu's 17 Local Government Areas

According to the Scholarship Board, beneficiaries were carefully selected from all 17 Local Government Areas (LGAs) in Enugu State through a transparent process.

The scholarship awards cover multiple academic categories, including:

Over 500 undergraduate students

100 postgraduate students

160 public sector teachers

The programme is designed to support academic excellence while strengthening the state's skilled workforce through continuous education and professional development.

Successful Applicants Begin Verification Process

The Executive Secretary disclosed that applicants who successfully passed the Computer-Based Test (CBT) have already begun receiving notifications via SMS and email.

The verification and documentation exercise is currently underway and will be conducted on an LGA-by-LGA basis to ensure a smooth, transparent, and organized process.

Successful candidates have been advised to respond promptly to their invitations to avoid delays in completing the necessary documentation.
