How do you deal with grief or loss of a loved one?

The most sensitive moment of life is when we lose someone. It is an immeasurable pain and it is only you can feel its depth.

The physical presence of a person is very valuable. It makes us feel strong, secured and full of life. So when we lose that presence around us, we feel detached from life. Everything appears dull and lifeless. We need to understand that every being has a life cycle. We cannot control the life cycle but we can try to make the best of our lives we have with them. 

Spend quality time with your loved ones, express your love, be with them, understand them, forgive them, value them and create beautiful memories when you have them. In their absence, it is the memories that will give you company.
