How to clean your liver of toxins?

 Prepare her body a week before purging by consuming avocado, apples, carrots, eggplants, green tea and green vegetables.

 - Oranges
 - Ginger
 - Olive oil
 Preparation:
 Mix 1/4 cup olive oil, 1/4 cup ripe freshly squeezed Orange juice, 1/2 tablespoon grated fresh ginger, 1/2 tablespoon grated garlic.  Mix and mix until you get a homogeneous liquid and drink before going to bed.  Lie on the right side while sleeping.
 Repeat this for 3 nights in a row.
