Xiaomi has unveiled the MIJIA Air Purifier Ultra with a 7-layer purification system in China. The new innovative MIJIA air purifier has a digital display of Formaldehyde levels accurate to a thousandth. The product design was derived from a four-leafed clover reflecting its four-sided curved stream. The MIJIA air purifier is a culmination of the collaboration between Xiaomi and the Chinese Academy of Sciences.

The MIJIA full-effect air purifier Ultra has a 4.3-inch LCD color screen that provides air quality data at any instant. The air purifier uses an innovative approach to remove formaldehyde from the environment. It has an aldehyde decomposition filter that continuously decomposes formaldehyde into carbon dioxide and water, avoiding the release of secondary pollution into the environment. The air filter has a primary filter, durable filter, high-energy plasma field, carbon array, aldehyde filter, UV module, and a self-cleaning filter. The 7-layer purification system ensures that the user is assured of clean air during the operation of the device.

The MIJIA air purifier Ultra has a 99.99% virus removal rate and a 99.05% formaldehyde removal rate. It also boasts of a 400m3/hour formaldehyde purification rate and its solid-state formaldehyde sensor delivers accurate readings via the equipped display. The built-in EBM DC fan can operate all day and delivers up to 12,500 liters of clean air every minute.

Xiaomi says the gadget can rapidly purify a 90 square meter space within 17 minutes. The air purifier adopts the American Kimberly filter paper with a high dust-holding capacity. This allows for low wind resistance and a release of clean air when the device is operational. The four sets of high-energy plasma generators in the air purifier and UV lamps help to continuously disinfect the system. This removes harmful gases and odors from both the machine and the environment.
