Infinix Xpad 20 Official: Affordable AI-Powered Tablet with Android 15 and 11" 90Hz Display

Following the recent debut of its gaming-focused Xpad GT, Infinix has now unveiled a more budget-friendly option — the Infinix Xpad 20. This new 11-inch tablet blends solid performance, AI-powered features, and the latest Android 15 into an affordable package.

AI Features Galore

The Xpad 20 shines with smart tools including Folax, Infinix’s own AI assistant built on ChatGPT. It supports AI-powered translation for text, voice, images, and documents — ideal for students, travelers, and professionals. The tablet even boasts a Replit-powered AI programming tool that enables users to create apps, games, and websites directly from the device.

Display & Design

The 11-inch IPS LCD sports a Full HD+ resolution and a smooth 90Hz refresh rate, making it great for streaming and multitasking. For visuals, the device packs a 5MP front camera for video calls and an 8MP rear camera with LED flash.

Performance & Storage

Under the hood, the Xpad 20 runs on the MediaTek Helio G88 chipset, paired with 4GB, 6GB, or 8GB of RAM, and 128GB or 256GB of internal storage. There's support for a nano SIM and microSD card, giving it both cellular connectivity and expandable storage.
