Galaxy S25 Edge Drop Test: Samsung’s Thinnest Phone Faces Real-World Durability Challenges
At just 5.8mm thick, the Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge is the brand’s slimmest phone ever — but that ultra-thin design has sparked questions about its durability. Thanks to a new drop test by PBKreviews, we now have some answers.
The first drop already shows signs of compromise, with the Gorilla Glass Ceramic 2 screen cracking on impact — though touch and display functions remain intact. A couple more drops result in minor titanium frame scuffs, but no bending or structural failure. However, the third drop cracks the Victus 2 glass back and scuffs the main camera lens, although the device continues to work perfectly.
