Mullen FIVE RS EV to Debut in Germany with 1,100+ HP and 0–97 km/h in Under 2 Seconds
The high-performance EV space is heating up, and Mullen Automotive is making a bold entry with the Mullen FIVE RS, a luxury electric crossover that combines mind-blowing speed with cutting-edge technology. The FIVE RS is set to launch in Germany by December 2025, marking its global debut.
Mullen claims the FIVE RS will accelerate from 0 to 97 km/h (60 mph) in under 2 seconds, with a top speed of over 322 km/h (200 mph)—numbers that place it among the world's elite performance cars.
At the core of this electric beast is an advanced 800V architecture, enabling ultra-fast charging and high-efficiency energy delivery. The FIVE RS also sports a dual-motor all-wheel-drive setup, two-speed gearbox, and a jaw-dropping 1,100+ horsepower powertrain—features rarely seen in electric crossovers.
Battery testing was recently completed at the TÜV SÜD facility in Munich, where the 800V system passed performance benchmarks. The next phase is on-road validation before securing final European market approval.
To ensure premium quality and precision engineering, Mullen has partnered with Faissner Petermeier Fahrzeugtechnik AG (FPF)—a German automotive firm known for collaborations with BMW, Piech, and Gumpert. This alliance guarantees IATF-certified standards in both design and production.
After its German launch, Mullen plans a phased rollout across the EU, UAE, and South Africa in early 2026. A U.S. release is expected later, once global markets are established. Pricing remains under wraps but is expected to reflect the FIVE RS’s extreme performance capabilities.
