Infinix Hot 60 Pro+ vs Galaxy S25 Edge: Slimmer Body, Bigger Battery & Faster Charging Revealed

A couple of weeks ago, we exclusively shared a side-by-side image comparison between the ultra-slim Infinix Hot 60 Pro+ and the Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge. Today, we have more to reveal — thanks to a trusted source who sent us a screenshot of the Hot 60 Pro+'s “My Phone” screen, giving us a detailed look at the device’s key specs.
The Infinix Hot 60 Pro+ will come with a 5,160mAh battery, which is quite a feat considering the phone’s super-slim 5.95mm body. That’s even thinner than the Galaxy S25 Edge at 5.8mm, which houses a smaller 3,900mAh battery. In terms of weight, the Hot 60 Pro+ is lighter too at 154.6g, compared to the Galaxy S25 Edge’s 163.8g.
It’s likely that Infinix is using a Silicon-Carbon battery solution, allowing the company to achieve a higher battery capacity without adding bulk. We’re also told that the Hot 60 Pro+ will support faster charging than the 33W seen on the Hot 50 Pro+, potentially beating the Galaxy S25 Edge’s 25W charging speed.

The leaked image confirms that the Hot 60 Pro+ will sport a 2,400x1,080-pixel curved display with a centered 13MP punch-hole selfie camera. On the back, you’ll find a 50MP primary sensor. The phone (model number X6886) will run XOS 15.1.0 and be powered by the newly launched MediaTek Helio G200 Ultimate SoC.
Memory-wise, the leaked unit features 8GB RAM and 256GB storage, though other variants could be revealed at launch. Interestingly, Tecno’s Spark 40 series is also scheduled for a July launch with the Helio G200, setting up a showdown over which brand will debut the chip first.

Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge Pricing:

256GB + 12GB RAM: $1,099.99

512GB + 12GB RAM: $1,219.99

The Infinix Hot 60 Pro+ could pose a serious challenge with its battery innovation, slim profile, and potential pricing advantage.
