Samsung Rolls Out Third One UI 8 Beta Update with Key Bug Fixes and Optimizations

Samsung is now seeding the third One UI 8 beta update to users in the UK, India, Germany, and South Korea. Users in the US and Poland are also expected to receive the update later today.
Weighing in at around 1.2GB, this latest One UI 8 beta includes several important bug fixes. Samsung has resolved issues like overlapping elements between the status bar and recent apps, an unintended keyboard pop-up on the Secure Folder PIN screen after reboot, and swipe gesture text input errors.

Performance has also been improved—users will notice faster loading when accessing the Mode and Routine menu. Galaxy S25 Ultra users can now input text with the S Pen without running into errors.

The changelog also notes general performance enhancements and software optimizations.

According to early leaks, this could be the final beta release of One UI 8 before the stable rollout, which is rumored to coincide with the Galaxy Z Fold7 and Z Flip7 launch. However, Samsung has yet to confirm the final release timeline, so users may still need to wait a bit longer.
