Apple Launches Official Online Store in Saudi Arabia with Arabic Support and Local Services
Apple has officially launched its online store in Saudi Arabia, marking a major step forward in the company’s expansion in the Middle East. While Apple products have long been available through resellers, this is the first time customers in the Kingdom can shop directly through Apple’s official online channels.
Fully Localized Shopping Experience
The new Apple Online Store Saudi Arabia and the Apple Store app now support the Arabic language, offering a localized, seamless experience. Customers can browse the full Apple product lineup, from iPhones and iPads to MacBooks and accessories.
Personalized Services & Arabic Engraving
The app provides personalized recommendations based on your existing Apple devices, along with the ability to compare models, save items, and track your orders. Mac users can enjoy configure-to-order options, while Apple Watch buyers can mix and match cases and bands.
Apple is also offering free engraving in Arabic and English for AirPods, Apple Pencil, and AirTags—with support for text, emojis, and numbers in both languages.
Support, Setup & Payment Flexibility
Customers in Saudi Arabia will receive local support via phone and chat, and once products are delivered, Apple offers free Personal Setup, assistance with iOS switching, and cellular activation help.
Even better, Apple has confirmed a Buy Now Pay Later option with 0% interest, split over four monthly payments.
AppleCare+ and Trade-In Now Available
Saudi customers can now purchase AppleCare+ for extended warranty and accidental damage coverage. The Apple Trade-In program is also active, letting users get credit toward new devices.
Physical Apple Stores Coming in 2025
Looking ahead, Apple is planning to open physical Apple Stores in Saudi Arabia starting in 2025, including a flagship store in Diriyah, a UNESCO World Heritage site.
This launch marks a significant investment in the region and reflects Apple’s growing commitment to its Saudi customer base.
