OnePlus Rumored to Launch Compact Tablet with Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 in 2025

According to a fresh leak from renowned tipster Digital Chat Station, OnePlus is gearing up to launch a small-sized premium tablet powered by Qualcomm’s next-gen Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 chipset. This new SoC is expected to debut in September 2025, positioning the upcoming OnePlus tablet as a high-performance Android slate.

The tablet is rumored to feature an 8.8-inch display, making it one of the more compact Android tablets in the flagship space. It is expected to launch in the first half of 2026, alongside the upcoming OnePlus 15T, a 6.3-inch device believed to succeed the OnePlus 13T.

As expected, Oppo is also reportedly working on a nearly identical version of this tablet, which aligns with previous strategies where the sister brands shared tablet designs and hardware platforms but marketed them under different brand identities.
