Realme Note 70 vs Note 70T: Confusion Brews Over Model Numbers and Specs
The Realme Note series is making headlines again—but not for the right reasons. A new leak from a Lithuanian retailer has sparked confusion over the Realme Note 70T, which was listed under the model number RMX5313. The problem? That same model number now appears on the Google Play Console (GPC), but it’s tied to a device named Realme Note 70, not the 70T.
And that’s not the only discrepancy.
According to the GPC listing, the Realme Note 70 is powered by the Unisoc UMS9230 chipset—likely the Tiger T606—paired with 4GB of RAM and running Android 15. The listing also mentions a 720p+ display.
That’s a stark contrast to the leaked specs of the Realme Note 70T, which reportedly features the Unisoc T7250, the same 4GB of RAM, but with a much better 6.74” 1080p+ OLED display.
To add to the puzzle, the model number on GPC is RMX5313IN, suggesting that this specific variant is India-bound. But given the major differences in hardware, this seems to be more than just a regional variant.
A Geekbench listing for RMX5313 further supports the GPC info, confirming the UMS9230 chip. So, what’s going on? It’s possible the retailer misidentified the Note 70T, or maybe Realme has a surprise up its sleeve with naming or variant strategy.
For now, we’ll have to wait and see how Realme clarifies this mess.
