vivo Y400 5G Set to Launch on August 4, T4R Coming July 31 with Dimensity 7400 and Quad-Curved Display

vivo is gearing up for a busy launch week in India, with two smartphones on the horizon — the vivo Y400 5G and the vivo T4R. Following the launch of the vivo Y400 Pro last month, the brand will unveil the more affordable Y400 5G on August 4, continuing its expansion in the 5G budget segment.
This is not to be confused with the Y400 4G, which recently appeared on vivo’s Indonesian website. The Y400 5G will come in two elegant color options: Glam White and Olive Green. While full specs haven’t been revealed yet, more details including price and availability will be officially announced on launch day.

For reference, the vivo Y400 Pro 5G with Dimensity 7300 is priced at:

₹24,999 for the 128GB + 8GB RAM model

₹26,999 for the 256GB + 8GB RAM model

Meanwhile, on July 31, vivo will debut the vivo T4R in India, a performance-oriented mid-ranger expected to be a rebranded version of the iQOO Z10R.

Key confirmed specs for the vivo T4R include:

MediaTek Dimensity 7400 chipset

50MP Sony IMX882 main camera

4K front camera for high-res selfies

IP68 and IP69 water and dust resistance

7.3mm thickness

Quad-curved display for a premium feel

With both the Y400 5G and the T4R, vivo is clearly targeting two different user segments — one focused on affordability and 5G access, and the other on sleek design and multimedia performance.

Stay tuned for full specifications and pricing as the official announcements roll in next week.
