How do you deal with waiting for someone?

Waiting for someone is not easy as it comes with many uncertainties. As the wait becomes long, these uncertainties are accompanied by doubts, making the wait time even harder. 

Sometimes people have to move away from their loved ones due to personal situations. People in a committed relationship often assume that the person will return. This doesn't always happen. Some people move on, leaving the other person in limbo.

If you are waiting for someone who is not responding or staying connected, stay hopeful but don't let your time and life be wasted. Accept the situation, make a wise judgement, give them a timeline, utilise that time in growing yourself, learn some skills, and get involved in hobbies, so even if they don't return, you still gain something in that time of life.
