Does giving wholeheartedly add more worth to it?

Giving with your whole heart means you want to help someone happily and want their situation to change. You neither want the receiver to return your help nor do you want them to feel any less. 

Sometimes, people offer their help but do not give from their hearts. They might help out of compulsion, obligation, or to keep the relationship. They often remind people of what they have done for them and make them feel lesser. When we don't give out of love, even the receiver doesn't receive the full benefit, and when we make them feel inferior, we entirely lose the worth of what we have offered them. 

Always give with love and joy, respecting one's self-esteem. It will not only bring a bigger difference in their lives, but even you will feel more satisfied.
