How do you deal with criticism?

Criticism is often hard to accept; the one intended to lower our self-esteem can become even more challenging.

There are times in life when we do our best, but some people still find faults. Their words, actions or behaviour can be so distressing that we start to doubt ourselves and feel demotivated. We need to remember that no matter how well we do something, there will always be people who discourage us, but that shouldn't stop us from moving forward. 

Accept the criticism, improve yourself, believe in yourself and don't deviate from your path. Some people will always want you to stop; you just need to find the strength to go past them.
