Xiaomi Pad 7S Pro Spotted with Xring O1 Chipset and Android 15 Ahead of Launch

Xiaomi appears to be expanding its tablet lineup yet again. Following the launch of the Xiaomi 15S Pro smartphone and Xiaomi Pad 7 Ultra tablet last month—both featuring the company’s in-house Xring O1 chipset—a new device has surfaced: the Xiaomi Pad 7S Pro.
The Pad 7S Pro has now been spotted on Geekbench, confirming it will also be powered by the Xring O1 processor. The listing reveals the device will feature 16GB of RAM and run Android 15 out of the box.

Although Xiaomi hasn’t officially confirmed any other specifications, the "S" branding hints this could be a slightly upgraded version of the Pad 7 Pro, rather than a successor to the larger Pad 7 Ultra, which has a 14-inch screen.

If the Pad 7S Pro is indeed a refresh of the Pad 7 Pro with the new chipset, here’s what we can expect:

11.2-inch LCD display with 2136 × 3200 resolution

144Hz refresh rate and 800 nits peak brightness

50MP main rear camera + 2MP depth sensor

32MP front-facing camera

8,850 mAh battery

With the power-efficient Xring O1 and the latest Android 15, the Pad 7S Pro could offer a smoother, more optimized tablet experience when it officially launches.
Stay tuned for more details as Xiaomi gears up for the next addition to its growing tablet portfolio.
