Redmi Note 14 SE 5G Launching in India on July 28 with 120Hz Display, Sony LYT-600 Camera & Dimensity 7025 Ultra
While fans eagerly await the Redmi Note 15 series, Xiaomi has a surprise up its sleeve — the Redmi Note 14 SE 5G is set to launch in India on July 28, according to a newly spotted Flipkart microsite.
Marketed as offering "killer specs" at a "killer price," the Redmi Note 14 SE 5G looks nearly identical to the existing Redmi Note 14 5G that debuted in India back in December. So what’s new? Possibly a refreshed design, colorway, or a few key upgrades.
Confirmed specs include a 120Hz refresh rate display with 2,100 nits peak brightness, protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5. It also features an in-display fingerprint sensor, and dual stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support that promise 300% louder audio — though Xiaomi doesn’t specify what it’s comparing to.
The rear camera setup boasts a 50MP Sony LYT-600 sensor with OIS, promising enhanced low-light photography. Under the hood, the phone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7025 Ultra SoC, paired with a 5,110mAh battery for long-lasting performance.
Curiously, these specs mirror the existing Redmi Note 14 5G quite closely, including the memory configurations:
6GB + 128GB – ₹16,899
8GB + 128GB – ₹17,999
Whether the SE version brings more than just louder audio and new colors remains to be seen — all will be revealed on July 28. Stay tuned for full launch coverage.
