Samsung Galaxy S25 FE to Feature Flagship-Grade Flexible OLED Display, Unlike Its Predecessor
Samsung is stepping up its game with the upcoming Galaxy S25 FE, which is set to feature a flagship-level flexible OLED display—a major upgrade over the S24 FE, which used a standard rigid panel. According to a new report from South Korea, this marks a strategic shift to better separate the FE line from Samsung’s midrange Galaxy A series.
Flexible OLED = Premium Feel
Flexible OLED panels are typically reserved for high-end smartphones due to their higher cost and enhanced display performance. While the Galaxy S25 FE isn’t a flagship by definition, this upgrade will likely allow for more symmetrical bezels and an overall sleeker look—assuming Samsung fully utilizes the bendable nature of the panel.
Performance & Camera: Mostly Unchanged
Aside from the display, however, the rest of the specs are expected to remain largely similar to last year’s S24 FE. The Exynos 2400e SoC will likely return, and the rear camera setup is said to be unchanged. The only notable difference? An upgraded front-facing camera, which could improve selfies and video calls.
Galaxy S24 FE Pricing Snapshot
128GB 8GB RAM – $625.00
256GB 8GB RAM – $399.00
The Galaxy S25 FE may not be a complete overhaul, but the move to a flexible OLED display could be just the premium touch needed to keep Samsung’s Fan Edition line feeling fresh and competitive.
