Nothing Phone (3) Gets Smarter with Essential Space AI Hub Updates: Google Calendar Sync, Editable AI Summaries & More

Nothing has rolled out a major upgrade to its AI-powered Essential Space hub, exclusive to the new Nothing Phone (3) series. Designed to help users streamline daily tasks, Essential Space is accessible via the dedicated Essential Key on the right side of the device.

Here’s what’s new in the latest update:

🔗 Google Calendar Integration

Essential Space now syncs your to-do lists directly with Google Calendar, making it easier than ever to stay on top of meetings, reminders, and daily schedules.

✏️ Editable AI Memory

The new Editable Memory feature lets users review and edit the AI-generated summaries, giving you full control over your notes and reminders.

🎙️ Essential Recorder Upgrades

Two big improvements are now live:

Editable Summaries: AI-generated summaries of meetings, interviews, and conversations can now be edited by the user.

Shareable Summaries: Easily export and share summaries in Image, PDF, or Markdown format with anyone.

🔄 No OS Update Required

These enhancements roll out via the Google Play Store, not a Nothing OS update. Make sure you're connected to Wi-Fi, and Essential Space will auto-update. If not, a manual update can be done through the Play Store.

💡 Note: The Essential Recorder updates are currently exclusive to the Nothing Phone (3). Support for other Nothing smartphones with the Essential Key is coming soon.
